About CREODENT Pickup Service
CREODENT Pickup Service provides convenient lab case pickup for dental practices. Our drivers will come directly to your office to collect your lab cases, saving you time and hassle. Simply submit a pickup request online, and we'll take care of the rest.
How to Request a Pickup
Enter Your Phone Number
Start by entering your 10-digit phone number. We use this to look up your account information.
Example:

Confirm Your Information
If you're a registered customer, select your account from the list. New customers can enter their information manually.
Schedule Your Pickup
Choose your preferred pickup date and time slot. Add any special instructions for our driver.
Add to Your Home Screen
Use CREODENT Pickup like a real app! Add it to your phone's home screen for quick, one-tap access.

Open in Safari
Open Safari browser and go to the CREODENT Pickup page. This does not work in Chrome or other browsers on iPhone.

Tap the Share button
Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen (the square with an arrow pointing up).

Tap "Add to Home Screen"
Scroll down in the share menu and tap "Add to Home Screen".

Tap "Add"
You'll see the app name "CreoPickUp". Tap "Add" in the top-right corner. Done!

Open in Chrome
Open Chrome browser and go to the CREODENT Pickup page.

Tap the Menu button
Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner of Chrome.

Tap "Add to Home screen"
Find and tap "Add to Home screen" in the menu. If you don't see it, try "Install app" instead.

Tap "Add"
Confirm the name "CreoPickUp" and tap "Add". The app icon will appear on your home screen!
After adding to home screen
The CREODENT Pickup icon will appear on your home screen just like a regular app. Tap it to open the pickup request page instantly — no browser address bar, full-screen experience! Your phone number will also be remembered, so you can request pickups even faster.
Track Your Pickup
After submitting a pickup request, you can track its status in real time using your request number.
How to Track

Go to the Tracking Page
Click the "Track Your Pickup" button on your confirmation page, or visit the tracking page directly.

Enter Your Request Number
Type your request number (e.g. PU-20260309-0001). You received this when you submitted your request.

Enter Last 4 Digits of Phone
For security, enter the last 4 digits of the phone number you used when requesting the pickup.

View Your Status
See the current status of your pickup with a visual timeline showing each step.
Pickup Status Flow
Pending
Your request has been received and is waiting for review.
Confirmed
An admin has confirmed your pickup request.
Assigned
A courier has been assigned and a route is planned.
In Progress
The courier is on the way to pick up your items.
Completed
Your items have been picked up successfully!
Stay Updated with Notifications
You'll automatically receive updates about your pickup via email and text message.
Email Notifications
You'll receive an email confirmation when you submit a pickup request, and updates when the status changes (e.g., when a courier is on the way, or when pickup is complete).
SMS Text Notifications
Get text messages on your phone when your pickup status changes. Each message includes a link to track your pickup online. Standard text messaging rates may apply.
Tip: Make sure your phone number and email address are correct when submitting a pickup request, so you receive all status updates.
Frequently Asked Questions
Our standard pickup hours are:
- Morning: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Afternoon: 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM
- Evening: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Anytime: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible)
You can also request a specific time if needed.
We can pick up the following items:
- Lab Cases (crowns, bridges, dentures, etc.)
- Supplies Returns
- Documents
- Other dental lab-related items
To cancel or modify a pickup request, please contact us directly by phone as soon as possible. If the driver is already en route, we may not be able to cancel the pickup.
Please have your request confirmation number ready when you call.
We recommend scheduling pickups at least one day in advance to ensure availability. Same-day pickups may be possible depending on driver availability and your location.
For urgent pickups, please contact us directly.
Please ensure someone is available at your office during the selected time slot to hand over the items. If no one is available, you can use the "Special Instructions" field to provide alternative arrangements (e.g., "Leave with front desk" or "Call when arriving").
After you submit a pickup request, you receive a request number (e.g. PU-20260309-0001). Visit the Tracking Page and enter your request number along with the last 4 digits of your phone number. You'll see a visual timeline showing exactly where your pickup is in the process.
Yes! You will receive notifications at each stage of your pickup:
- Email confirmation when your request is submitted
- SMS text message when the courier is on the way
- Email + SMS when your pickup is completed
Make sure your phone number and email are correct when you submit your request.
- Pending - Your request is received and waiting for an admin to review it.
- Confirmed - An admin has accepted your request and it will be scheduled.
- Assigned - A courier has been assigned to your pickup.
- In Progress - The courier is on the way to your office.
- Completed - Your items have been picked up successfully!
- Cancelled - The request was cancelled (you can submit a new one).
We do not operate on weekends. If you select a Saturday, your pickup will automatically be scheduled for the following Monday. If you select a Sunday, it will also be moved to Monday. You'll see the adjusted date before you confirm your request.
Pickup service is included for CREODENT customers at no additional charge. Please contact us for information about service areas and any applicable fees for locations outside our standard coverage area.
